We may modify or discontinue services; users will be informed of significant changes in advance.

While we strive for uninterrupted service, occasional downtime for maintenance or technical issues may occur.

Users agree to operate within the boundaries of ethical and lawful behavior while using our platform.

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant NotaryPrimeLab rights to display and manage content as part of service delivery.

Content remains the intellectual property of its creator; users confirm they hold necessary rights to submit it.

Users grant NotaryPrimeLab a non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, and modify submitted content to operate services.

Users are responsible for content legality and ensure it does not violate rights or laws.

NotaryPrimeLab may remove user content that breaches terms or upon complaints received.

All intellectual property rights in the NotaryPrimeLab site, material, and services are owned by or licensed to NotaryPrimeLab.

• Users may not copy or distribute content without express written permission.
• Modification, reverse engineering, or misuse of intellectual property is prohibited.

NotaryPrimeLab provides optional paid packages offering enhanced website features and support for notary professionals.

Prices for paid services are clearly stated and subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Payments are accepted via approved methods and processed securely through our payment partners.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date by the user.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis according to service usage and agreement terms.

Users may cancel paid services anytime; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Users are responsible for any taxes associated with their purchases of paid services.
